Sessions will typically last for 50-minutes
We will discuss background information, that is mainly focused upon your current symptoms and presenting problems. Not only will we talk about immediate relief and solutions, but together we will develop a long-term plan for success that is focused upon alleviating your symptoms, concerns, or anything that is keeping you from living a wholehearted life.
As you can imagine, therapy takes a lot of effort, so please come with an open mind, ready to commit to changes and a different perspective. Your effort amidst this process is crucial and remember that you are the expert here. No one knows you better than you and I commend you for taking the initiative.
